    User Experience Manager at TIM Business

    I manage the TIM Business website and E-commerce. To do this, I develop the digital experience strategy with focus on e-commerce, online strategy, marketing automation, and optimizing and tracking digital campaigns. I commission IT developments to build and improve our services. To do this I leverage a mix of competences, ranging from CMS (Adobe Experience Manager), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, E-Commerce optimization, SEO, advanced analytics, up to services, platforms, protocols and technologies.
    My regular undertakings range from:
    – Defining, building, testing and activating Marketing Automation Campaigns;
    – Managing and developing the Customer Experience of our E-Commerce Platform,
    – KPI performance;
    – SEO/SEM/SMO;
    – overall quality of website Accessibility, SEO and content.
    Prior to my current role, I managed the startup of the Digital Properties of TIM’s second brand, Kena Mobile contributing to the acquisition of more than 1 million customers from scratch. Before this, I managed Digital Experience Design for Telecom Italia Group’s corporate channels and previously I managed digital communications in TIN.it which was Telecom Italia’s internet service provider. My first online digital project was the launch of the largest Italian online newspaper, Repubblica.it, which required developing a web CMS (since none existed) and implementing automated processes to deliver newspaper content online.
    I’m an avid underwater free diver, my primary interests are family, technology gadgets, personal health and biking whenever possible.
